A little Q&A with our reigning Member of the Month, Michelle!

Question: Michelle, when & how did you start CrossFit?

Michelle's Answer: 3 years ago. Her brothers had told her to come because (in Michelle's words) they were embarrassed of her at the gym. They told her that we could help her here & so she started with one of her friends.

QWhat's your favorite lift?

Michelle's A: Cleans

Q: What's your favorite workout?

Michelle's A: That one with all the running & box jumps and no lifts (Kelly). Anything plus Running and minus heavy weights. 

Q: What's your favorite post workout snack?

Michelle's A: M&M's. She keeps a huge candy jar at home & it's all she can think about when she's on her way home from the gym.

Q: What do you think you've improved on the most since you've been workout at Jersey Devil CrossFit?

Michelle's A: Pull Ups (we agree!)

Fun Fact About Michelle: She's a closet chip eater! She can't resist them, especially when she's in closets!
