We're ramping up for The Open with a Challenge!

The February CrossFit Open Double Under Challenge

Participants will complete one double under for each successive day during the month of February leading up to The Open. 
Day 1 = 1 Double Under
Day 2 = 2 Unbroken Double Unders
Day 3 = 3 Unbroken Doulbe Unders, etc.

The double unders will be performed in the warm up & participants can try until they get it! The challenge will go right up until February 23rd (the first day of The Open) and by then we'll be jumping pro's!
