CROSSFIT CLASSES

Our regular CrossFit classes are for any- and every-one. Classes are an hour long and usually encompass a thorough warm up, some type of skill, gymnastic, or weightlifting, and a high intensity metcon. Classes are run by a certified coach who can scale movements as needed for varying levels of athleticism. Classes are performed as a group, allowing members to push & inspire one another. CROSSFIT BOOT CAMP

Jersey Devil CrossFit's Boot Camp classes are meant to get you moving! They're high energy, high intensity classes similar to our regular CrossFit class, but with more of an emphasis on metcons than on heavy lifting. These classes are 1 hour long and run by a certified coach. These classes are designed to get you sweating!

EXPRESS WOD

Express WOD is our CrossFit workout of the day condensed into a 30-45 minute workout so that you can get in & out during your busy day! Classes are run by a certified coach and are structured in the same way as our CrossFit Classes. Express WOD is for JDCF members only due to the abbreviated nature of the class.

We offer one on one & small group classes for anyone who wants more guidance or a more personalized experience in the gym! These classes are scheduled with a coach at a time that works best for you!
