Summer Classes Are Back!

9AM to 10AM
Come get your sweat on! Our CrossFit Boot Camp classes are similar to our regular CrossFit Class but are designed to keep you moving with a little less emphasis on heavy lifting. These classes are perfect for all skill levels!
12:15PM to 1PM
Our Express WODs are perfect for our busy members who need to squeeze in a workout mid-day! Come in, get in a good workout, & get out. No messing around, no funny business... well maybe a little, but definitely in a timely manner ;P
Summer Kids Classes
10AM to 11AM
We're adding in some Summer Kids Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10AM! Work & play come together perfectly in our CF Kids classes where kids can make friends, learn to love fitness, and have loads of fun!
